IS THERE A REFUND POLICY AVAILABLE?

We provide our services through online delivery model and as such no physical product will be delivered. The delivery of our services is through the subscription to the plans available on our website. In general we do not provide any refunds for the subscribed plans. But if in a plan if we explicitly state the availability of refund then we do provide refunds for the explicitly stated plans.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR EXPLICITLY STATED PLANS?

If a plan has explicitly stated refund policy then the terms of refund and cancellation would be stated on the plan’s subscription page. Please note that every explicitly stated refundable plans will have a cancellation duration i.e. the duration within which a subscriber may cancel the plan and/or ask for refund through our support forum or email us at support@palboard.com

HOW ARE THE REFUNDS ISSUED?

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of subscription.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time, without any notice to you & in its sole discretion, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you here that it has been updated.
